Creating A Kindness Tree 
We could all use a visual reminder to be kind. Help to spread kindness by putting your thoughtful, good deeds or good intentions on paper for others to see and get inspired - and help us decorate our holiday kindness tree!

Pre-K Storytime Craft  
Children ages 3-5 years and their adult caregivers listen to stories about kindness and join us for a special project: We will make simple bird feeders and give them away to someone who needs a little pick-me-up. You’ll feel great helping someone else feel wonderful! Online registration required - registration opens 2 days before the session. Check-in begins promptly at 4PM; if you do not check in at starting time, your spot may be given to another child.

Childbirth Education  
Having a baby can be both overwhelming and joyful. This three-hour class will allow you to learn about the stages of labor, some techniques to help you relax, and more! If you're pregnant, be kind to yourself by joining us.  Feel free to bring a support person with you so they can learn how to show you the most kindness and help during your baby's birth. Facilitator: Melissa Maldonado, MPH, Childbirth Educator, Certified Health Education Specialist, Certified Lactation Counselor.
