THE FIRST LADIES COALITION (IN-PERSON)
Award-winning actress Ginger Grace takes you on a powerful journey to the world of First Ladies! In this captivating production, Eleanor Roosevelt, Jackie Kennedy, Lady Bird Johnson, and Mary Todd Lincoln travel through time to the sewing shop of Colleen McCracken — an ex-convict, domestic violence survivor, and exceptionally talented seamstress. Colleen is in desperate need of their unique guidance, and they deliver. As secrets and mysteries unfold — both hers and theirs — Colleen gains insight from these trailblazing women, all champions of social justice. With their wisdom and courage, she discovers the strength to overcome her obstacles and dares to embrace the extraordinary.

FOR TEENS: SHOWCASING YOUNG WOMEN IN STEM (VIRTUAL)
Join Producers Marie Domingo and Rita Karl, and equity-focused researchers Dr. Adrienne Stephenson (Florida State University) and Dr. Angel Miles Nash (The Wallace Foundation) to learn about successful and relatable young women in STEM fields. Learn about fields you may have never considered for yourself before! Open to youth of all ages. We will showcase a variety of young women in STEM fields and discuss addressing barriers to gender equity in these fields. Ms. Domingo and Ms. Karl have produced many media profiles of young women in STEM while Dr. Stephenson and Dr. Nash develops equitable STEM outreach programs across the nation.

MAGIC MEETS SCIENCE: BRILLIANT WOMEN WHO PAVED THE WAY (IN-PERSON)
Learn about the lives of women in science and magic - from the first moments that inspired them to their greatest accomplishments of impossible magic tricks and scientific discoveries. Join “Eileen the Explorer” as she shares their science and their stories, and performs plenty of magic tricks along the way. She'll even teach you a trick or two to show your friends! Come be a part of the magic, shout the magic words, and have a blast with the whole family. Available to youth of all ages.

FOR TEENS: INSPIRED FUTURES: BUILD A BOOK WORKSHOP (IN-PERSON)
Join us for an inspiring, hands-on workshop where you’ll create artwork and written pieces, imagining equitable and empowering futures for women locally and globally. Using political posters and printed materials from throughout women’s history, you’ll be invited to share reflections on influential women in your life, examine women’s rights movements through visual culture, and explore tangible ways of uplifting women’s voices and experiences. As part of the workshop, your creations will contribute to a Queens-wide digital publication culminating at the end of Women’s History Month.

VOICES OF CHANGE: TEEN ADVOCACY FOR WOMEN’S RIGHTS (IN-PERSON)
This program will help to empower teens to develop advocacy skills focused on women’s rights and reproductive health and justice, equipping them with the tools to create meaningful change. This session will focus on using social media as a tool to raise awareness and advocacy on this current topic.

Winner of multiple awards — including the Brooklyn Public Library Book Prize, the Stonewall Book Award, and the Israel Fishman Nonfiction Award — and a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award, Lamya H’s Hijab Butch Blues is an intimate memoir in essays, spanning Lamya’s childhood, her arrival in the United States for college, and her early-adult life in New York City. Lamya ultimately finds that the answer to her lifelong quest for community and belonging lies in owning her identity as a queer, devout Muslim immigrant, and her book tells a universal story of courage, trust, and love, celebrating what it means to be a seeker and an architect of one’s own life.

NĀ MELE HAWAIʻI — SONGS OF HAWAIʻI (IN-PERSON)
Join us for an afternoon of mele (songs) and hula (dance), with musicians Kanileʻa Goddard and Kainoa Yasui, and dancer Kawena. The program will feature an array of standards from the canon of 20-21st century Hawaiian music, and share hula ʻauana that animate stories from Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Maui, and Hawaiʻi islands. A short Q&A will follow the performance.
