Mental Health
Awareness Month

Join the conversation during Mental Health Awareness Month.

Mental health challenges impact people across all demographics of society. This month, we’re bringing you programming to both take care of your own mental health and teach you how to help someone else in crisis. Did you know that at least one in five adult New Yorkers is likely to experience a mental health disorder in any given year? Approximately 8% of adult New Yorkers experience symptoms of depression each year.* What better time than now to break free of stigma and participate in our conversation?
