Join us for a fun and educational day featuring exercise, health lectures, an art project, and a concert for seniors 50+! Come to learn or to enjoy the music with your friends.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold instructor Suzanne Windland will teach dance moves mixed with exercise for an effective low-impact workout. Wear loose clothing and sneakers. This program is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Brain Games

Exercise your mind and test your long-term and short-term memory at a discussion led by registered nurse Kathy Moran.

Healthy Nutrition for Seniors

In this presentation we will review what makes up a healthy plate, the importance of exercise, and other tips to help you lead a happy, healthy life! Presented by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Creative Aging: Watercolor Project
