What did you like most about running this race?  
That feeling of running 5k in less than 30 minutes and outpacing any runners at the finish line.

Why would you encourage others to run it?  
To enjoy the scenery, the freebies, and being in pictures the days after the race has ended. 

How did you train for the race last year?  
I mostly ran on a treadmill in a gym with my friends. The ideal running regiment was three days a week Tuesday to Thursday, 15 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday, and 30 minutes on Wednesday. As the race day got closer, it was increased to running one hour on Wednesday instead of 30 minutes. 

What’s your goal for this year’s race?  
My goal is to have a faster time than last year.

How does running keep you healthy?  
I hear it helps you lose weight if you do it often enough.
